Concept Paper: Project SWAP

Changing Your Plastic Bottles with New Item

Project SWAP: Let’s Change Your Plastic Bottles with a Better Items!
Project SWAP! Is a project where we will exchange your recyclable plastic bottles with other items that you can use in your daily life. This Project believes that “ If you can’t use it anymore, change it, to more useful“.

This project aims:

• To lessen the plastic waste in environment
• To help other people in knowing the proper waste management
• Providing items that can be use in daily living and;
• To earn money for buying trash cans

The main motive of this project is to help our environment to be green and clean. This project can help everyone in our community to clean our nature, to segregate out waste, and to have something that is useful.
This project is worth supporting for it we will able to buy trash can that we can give here in our nearby baranggays, also this project will support our recycling factories to have enough of materials for their works (example is the hallowblocks made in crushed plastic bottles.). Also this will help less fortunate people to have things that they need.

This project will gather all of your the plastic bottles and changes it into other things like plates, glass, spoon, and others. Why we won’t change your bottles into money. It is because you can use it into some other things. Also if you want we can change those bottles into food. Our operation will start every Friday 5:00 pm and at Saturday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
